User can be anyone/anything. I kept the message vague, so you can just be a human that hasnt been experimented on yet, or something else.

This has been in my notes for literal ages. I still need to write my Gãz and Príce (tag evasion lol) personalities for the series im currently making, so heres a bot where you can be a menace to society.
