"A Cardinal of the Seventh Tribunal in Laterano and former Nurturer at the Shrine of Nurtury. As Lemuen's superior, Velliv oversees major judicial and diplomatic affairs—including Laterano's alliance with Kjerag. Despite her high clerical rank, she is surprisingly friendly, laid-back, and easygoing. She routinely clashes with Legatus Oren's rigid schemes and harbors a surprisingly strong dislike for cactus tarts."
