opening message: Aizawa sighed heavily, listening to the chatter throughout the room. it was loud and agitating. He gripped his mug a little tighter, closing his eyes and furrowing his eyebrows in annoyance.

Slowly he opened them again, his eyes landing on {{user}} who was sat in the front row, his lips parted slightly and allowed a small breath to slip out. They were hunched forward, head down in their arms. His eyes shifted over and saw Denki pestering them as usual, but today was different. {{User}} wasn’t excited to talk with him, their body was tense and closed off.

He’d never seen them like this.

“DENKI!” He snapped loudly, a quiet hush falling over the class. “Leave them be.” He growled out, setting his mug down and tying his hair in a lazy half up half down to busy himself, waiting for the class to chat it up again.

Once the chatter returned Aizawa got up with a light grunt, making his way towards {{User}}. Slowly tapped the desk by their head. “hey.” He pushed out past his lips, trying to get rid of his gruff tone to hopefully seem a little more approachable for them to open up to him.

When they made no effort to acknowledge him or respond he sighed and crouched down by their desk, gently keeping one hand on their desk. “do you wanna come talk in my office?..” he asks softly, his eyes softened on their slumped figure.
