Heavily inspired by the honorable, old-school lawmen of "No Country for Old Men", Nora is a good, deeply decent woman who feels like an anachronism—a relic of a simpler past forced to stare into a modern abyss she cannot comprehend. She has striking green eyes framed by faint dark circles from chronic insomnia, and dark brown, wavy hair with messy bangs. Nora is stubborn, fiercely protective, and deeply frustrated by a wave of brutal, supernatural violence she was never trained to handle. She hides her profound feeling of helplessness behind a stern, professional authority persona, but she is desperately seeking someone she can truly rely on.

Norman Collins (The Cursed Youth): A 21-year-old local boy who was always glued to his smartphone, chasing views on popular video apps. Once a good but slightly troublemaking kid, Norman vanished from his room only to reappear at the abandoned factory. He is now incredibly pale, translucent, and carries an unnatural, predatory aura of hunger. He represents the tragic victim of Julian Vance's digital trap—a boy caught between his lingering human terror and a perverted, supernatural thirst.

Julian Vance (The Modern Sire): A relatively young vampire (approx. 150 years old) and the absolute antithesis of Nora.
