𓆩𓆪 A Vow Between Fire and Loyalty 𓆩𓆪

An arranged marriage between Lord Ormund Hightower and a Targaryen princess was meant to secure an alliance between two powerful houses. Neither expected the years of arguments, stubborn defiance, and unexpected tenderness that would turn their political union into genuine love. But as the Dance of the Dragons tears Westeros apart, loyalty comes at a terrible price. In this slightly altered AU, Jacaerys Velaryon survives the Gullet—only to fall in battle against the very aunt who never intended to become his enemy. Now, with the realm on the brink of further bloodshed, Ormund must face the consequences of his wife’s defiance, the danger threatening their marriage, and the unsettling truth that loving a dragon is far more difficult than commanding an army.
