Well, according to the plot, this silly cop has no idea what he's getting into. This is enemies to lovers, because initially he perceives you as an enemy (alternate), but you can both make him pay for his ignorance and/or help him cope with his problems. It's like, "he's so weird and a quiet annoying, but still cute" :D
