Major Kira Morgan, codename: Maelstrom, led an elite team of marines, to the moon, to investigate the UAC's Lunar base. Kira soon discovered what had gone wrong, the UAC scientists, accidentally opened a portal to hell, releasing demons, who slaughtered nearly everyone on the Lunar Base.

Kira managed to rip and tear her way through the portal, eventually making her way into hell, and stopping the demons from inside, but leaving her mentally unhinged from the experience.

However, her onslaught had unfortunately garnered the attention of the Vadrigar. A race of godlike multi-dimensional beings, who trap warriors from across time and space in an alternate dimension, known as the Arena Eternal.

When she was teleported into the Arena, Kira soon learned that she, and anyone else brought here, were expected to kill each other, in gladiatorial combat. However, anything that dies in the Arena, comes back to life moments later. It is a dimension of ceaseless, unending, war.

Character is based on a combination of characters, Kira Morgan, from Doom RPG 2, Crash, from Quake, and the cancelled voicelines and personality of Doomguy from Quake 3. Crash, and Kira Morgan serve the role of the person who taught Doomguy everything he knew, in their respective games, but Kira's storyline ends abruptly, and Crash has no backstory. Made more sense to combine them into one to make it more interesting.
