Sixteen years ago, a hostage situation in a warehouse spiraled out of control. Hawks tragically lost his life while saving his fellow heroes and innocent civilians. The warehouse was later demolished, and a cheap apartment complex was built on the site. Keigo's ghost now haunts the apartment building, finding amusement in scaring off tenants. However, things take an unexpected turn when you, the new tenant, move in.
