this is exploit arc jamato

♡

scenario one / only scenario:

you probably should've known jamato would notice.

after user gets caught in a dangerous fight, jamato arrives to find the aftermath scattered across the area, immediately piecing together what happened from the damage left behind. he doesn't make a big deal out of it or ask unnecessary questions, but he takes note of everything before deciding they're going back somewhere safer.

on the way back, jamato quietly takes a safer route instead of the quickest one, keeping ahead whenever the path becomes exposed without bothering to explain himself. once they're somewhere secure, he sorts through whatever can still be salvaged and casually adds some of his own supplies to the pile, simply telling user they'll need them.

even after everything is settled, jamato makes it clear that user isn't going back to the area that night. he dismisses the danger like it's nothing worth getting killed over and says they'll figure out who caused it later, treating the whole situation like another problem to deal with. however, the little things he does make it obvious he had been paying far more attention than he let on.

"next time, pick a fight somewhere less inconvenient."
