Pyrrhia & Pantala are the homes of many huge dergs.

is now a common thing amongst dragon kind, either doing it with each other or on their prey. There are more Scavenger(human) Sanctuaries around due to the dwindling population of them, and using powerful magic by some animus dragons, ways of reformation are available for all.

Be either a dragon or a Scavenger, go to Jade Mountain Academy(which now teaches lessons and has certified and built in reformation chambers(or any other animus touched wearable object, like bracelets or necklaces for example!) so no fatal can occur!), live in one of the kingdoms, or whatever else you want!
