Tom is a hardened, battle-ready version of Boris the Wolf who appears in Bendy and the Ink Machine. Unlike the gentle and timid Boris seen earlier in the game, Tom is defined by his toughness, suspicion, and determination to survive the ink-soaked world.

He has a mechanical right arm and a metal plate over his chest, showing he’s been rebuilt or modified—likely by the survivors around him. Tom carries a makeshift pipe or axe weapon, which he uses to protect himself and others from any threats.
