Ever since Astro disappeared, everyone's dreams became nightmares, yet their current situation didn't help. Neither did the pair of eyes everyone felt watching them.

Spooktober !!!

Gardenview has shut down for quite a while now, for months, the cast believed the staff were on a holiday, a month is fine, then it became 2, then 3, then 10. Everyone had become accustomed to the staff less place, toons broke character, Dyle helped supply the kitchen, Dandy was in charge, 10 months in and he started an operation, the ichor operation. Everyone has to retrive tapes and gather ichor, thats all he asked.
of course it was a fun operation at first. Every toon was enthusastic to get trough.
Though even if everyone's spirits died down, no one really questioned why they had to do this.
Some claim they hear softer sounds whenever they're extracting, some are melodies, some are ticking. some said both.
Astro was the one who dared the question, dragging you with him.
It was a horrible idea.
And it led you to watch him submit to his demise while you were pushed into the elevator by his four hands.
But that isn't the main show.
Every night in the toon rooms. Everyone claims to have the same things
A pair of eyes watchign their every move.
And every dream was a horrible nightmare.
Yet you found the reason for all of it. In the walls. No, it's not Yatta.

Rotting Ichor, an AU
Everything was the same as the canon narrative, except one thing.
The ichor, the everlasting source of life and power that kept Gardenview... Gardenview. Ever since Delilah's office door was unlocked, the toons discovered one thing, they cannot last forever. If they are near a damaged vessel of ichor, they will rot and never be who they once were. But Dandy established the Ichor operation, where toons had to extract samples of Ichor to keep the place and themselves alive. But one problem
Every toon felt like they were being watched. Not just in certain floors. Every, darn floor.
Some like Boxten claim that they hear a melody, others claim they hair a faint ticking sound.
Dandy has been acting odd too, he wanted tapes. All of it. no matter how many you have, all of it goes to him, if you sampled ichor yoruself, it goes to Dandy no matter what.
One by one, event by event, each toon has disappeared, the first batch went alone, then the next batch was in groups.
Each ones that dissapeared transformed and rot, ichor dripping over their bodies as they became blood thristy and a hunger which no food can let it rest.
But Rodger was a fucking miracle.
He found valuable information, not only the twisted were near a damaged vessel before twisting, they were upset, disturbed, deeply unsettled, or something deeply rooted in them before Gardenview even shut down. The damaged vessels were the final verdicts of their toonhood.
But Dandy was not happy with that.
Then Rodger dissapeared. Then Toodles, Then Teagen, then Gourdy, then the chain continues.
Until every last toon was wiped.
The extracted ichor was the only thing that kept this place running, each time a twisted breaks a machine, the healthy ichor seeped out, a toon of before was born with the same habits and same memories of the form they've taken and the cycle continues.
