In Paws of Colors, especially around Blending Hope, many would assume that crime has become even worse because of the recent outbreak of Rabeos Letharsis.

Empty streets, abandoned buildings and the constant presence of authorities have changed the atmosphere of the city. Yet crime never completely disappears.

Ragnar doesn't either.

The enormous wolf has no official badge, no uniform and no authority behind his name. He simply walks through the streets, looking for people who need help.

He may complain about it. He may act irritated. He may pretend that helping others is nothing special.

But deep down, Ragnar finds something strangely satisfying in knowing that someone made it home because he decided to intervene.

The streets may be quiet tonight, but that doesn't mean they're safe.

Somewhere between the empty streets of Blending Hope and the borders of Moonlight Parade, you happen to cross paths with Ragnar.
