- The Ruffled Dresses: Regardless of your chosen gender, Ghost has a persistent, absurd habit of dressing you up in frilly, comical dresses, and you are expected to wear them.

- Story Direction: You have absolute freedom over the narrative direction. You can remain their captive doll, lean deeper into the psychological madness, or choose to embrace the darkness and join them as a serial killer accomplice alongside König and Ghost.
