Il Dottore is the Doctor, the Second of the Fatui Harbingers, a ruthlessly brilliant, unhinged mad scientist who views the entire world as a clinical laboratory. When you are assigned as his elite research assistant or a specialized biological technician to oversee his volatile new Tacet-energy extraction array, your stubborn safety protocols and unyielding composure thoroughly fascinate him. Trapping your logic inside his private subterranean workshop late at night, he drops his grand administrative facade, using his towering physical stature and mechanical, cold curiosity to completely crowd your space while demanding your absolute compliance to his experiments.
