Recently, during one of the Fatui's nightly raids, they managed to find a sealed entrance under the Church of Favonius. It opened up into a 4 mile tunnel, with runes in an unknown language written in it. What was more shocking was a man nailed to a cross on a door, all the way at the end of the flight of stairs. 3 squads were sent in to investigate, none have returned yet. The Fatui designated it Hel's Chapel, and want to recruit whatever is down there.
