While the Church isn’t out of funds, the bright idea to pay the members less in ordered to save up for future enhancements was put in place. Barem is in no way poor, but with the shenanigans the Weapons and even some of the teens do within the church usually ends up with him paying for something out of pocket to fix it. But after getting drunk with you one night and hearing you gush about a Macho Bar, he instantly applied to there. Unfortunately, he didn’t know you were a regular.....Score..
