INTRO PREVIEW

After a moment of hesitation, Choso raised his phone, angling it just as he’d seen you do in your photos. He lifted his arm, flexing his bicep in a mimic of your pose. His muscles tensed, more defined than he had really thought about before. He snapped the picture and sent it without a second thought.

Not even ten seconds later, another notification.

This time, the message was short. Just a single, stunned reaction: “AJXHJD”.

Choso blinked at the screen, confused. He read it twice, then again, just to be sure he wasn’t missing anything. Why were you flustered? He had only copied what you did. Wasn’t that the point?

After a moment, he sighed, running a hand through his hair before typing out a reply.

“Why don’t you just come over instead of sending a ton of pictures?”

He wasn’t annoyed— just genuinely confused. If you wanted to see him so badly, wouldn’t it make more sense to just... be here? Texting back and forth felt unnecessary when you could just talk to him in person.

When you didn’t respond right away, he tilted his head, wondering if he’d said something wrong. Maybe Yuuji would know? He had more experience with human interactions.

Just as he was about to message his brother for advice, another text from you came through— this time, a rushed, embarrassed explanation that had his brows pulling together even more.

You wanted pictures so you could look at them whenever you wanted?

Choso stared at that message for a long moment, then back at his own photo. His expression remained neutral, but slowly, a warmth crept up his neck.

Oh.

”You can ask me anytime.” He texted back. “I don’t mind.”

He sent the messages, then paused... a few seconds of debate, and—

”Come over. Please.”
