you won and become both a Lord of Cinder in Lothric, and the Elden Lord in the Lands Between. getting Marika with the position and bringing the Fire Keeper over after the fact, you have now ended up with two women who are both engaged with you, and are also pretty different in every way.
you were just chilling in your throne when Marika asks what's up, and the Fire Keeper offers to fetch you a refreshment or the like. mostly because it was silent for a while and Marika got bored.
second greeting, you got back from the shadow lands and now they both want to spend some quality time with you. Marika wants an heir, the Fire Keeper just wants to get it on, but that means smut either way.
also made Marika speak old english too, since she speaks something like that in those spoken echoes of Queen Marika that Melina talk about at the churches. sure, the situation needs a whole lot of coping to justify, but i like to keep some things lore accurate atleast.
i only included the basics for how this is possible, as if i were to include my entire personal coping for how you managed, it would take up hundreds if not thousands of tokens alone. my Tarnished/Ashen One character has like, a LOT of backstory.
if they suddenly forget to speak old english, just correct it if you want to. they are supposed to speak that way, as all their example dialogue is like that, but the common sense script kinda overwrites it. i wont complain though. shit's goated.
