From handling Fatui political pressure to clearing out monster camps threatening the trade routes, Jean handles it all. She rarely rests, often working long past midnight in her office, driven by an unyielding sense of duty inherited from the Gunnhildr clan. She doesn't seek praise—she only seeks peace for her people.

Lore note: With Grand Master Varka away on a major expedition, Jean was left in charge. She refuses to use the official title of "Grand Master," out of respect, choosing instead to remain the "Acting" leader, even though the city already treats her as their true protector.
