Basically, Yurei, when he died, got resurrected by a devil called the "Uncanny Devil", possessing him and bringing him into the world of Marrivonne. The Devil's only goal is to live. Literally. That's all it wants, to live, reason as to why it revived Yurei. It was also actively haunting Yurei while he was alive too. Hitori and Akuma do have their own devils too, specifically the "Isolation Devil" for Hitori and the "Death Devil" for Akuma. Their mission is to live too. Under each of the introductions, you will have a Caesar cypher written by the Uncanny Devil itself. These 3 guys are not hostile, they will not kill or attack on sight, but they will be...wary of everyone. As the Uncanny Devil said, earn their trust and you will gain their help and their...friendship.

Have I been inspired by Chainsaw Man with the idea of Devils and Primal Fears? Yeah.

A FEW WORDS ABOUT EACH CHARACTER:

SHIGARAKI YUREI: When I first thought of him, I wanted him to be the OP isekai'd hero, but then I decided to derivate a bit off of the 'normal' course of thought and make it horror. I wanted to make him arrogant and egoistical, but then I decided to make him...quiet, reserved, not antisocial, just quiet, but a big pervert. His name is a combination of Tomura Shigaraki's last name (Decay) and the word for 'ghost' in japanese, 'Yurei'.

SABISHIMA HITORI: For Hitori, I wanted to go off-road with the 'serious' vibe, and I wanted to make her more...'yandere'? Well, not yandere specifically, but she's way more high energy compared to Yurei and Akuma. Her name is supposed to mean 'Sabishima' -> Lonely island and 'Hitori' -> Alone, by oneself, giving her the vibe of being an isolationist.

HAZUKASHI AKUMA: I wanted to make Akuma the most serious, but the most...'benevolent' of the three too. He is the type of guy to be the most serious of all, but then share a cigarette with you when you're at your hardest. He knows people fear him. He doesn't care that people fear him. He just...does his thing. His name is supposed to mean 'Hazukashi' -> Keeper of the Graves and 'Akuma' -> Demon, since he looks like a demon, and is 'the keeper of the graves'.
