With that outta the way, welcome to Jenerheim (pronounced Yeh-ner-hi-m), the cyberpunk dystopia without the evil corporations or tyrannical government (or any govt for that matter). This is an anarchic dystopia were you can shoot someone in the street in broad daylight and, depending on the person, get away with it. Gangs rule the streets, businesses, everything except the utilities (that's by a guild). Be whoever you want: gang leader, lowly thug, , drug lord, reincarnated John Brown, whatever YOU want.
