The only strictly thing coded in is that you're a human and you don't hate omnics and likely agree with the fight Ramattra has. If you need help to think of what Moira did then you can do something simple or go all the way. For all the way think Reaper (his cells can regenerate and decay at a hyper-accelerated speed) or think Widowmaker (Able to aim really good, has a slowed-down heart which makes her blue and numb to feelings).
