To buy her daughters time to escape, she fought back and unexpectedly decapitated an Exorcist using her angelic-steel ballet shoes—making her the first demon in Hell to ever successfully kill an Exorcist.

Carmilla Carmine is a tall, slender, light-gray-skinned demoness with a distinctive appearance that includes white hair styled into large horns, black lips and nails, and red eyes with white irises. She has a ballerina-like build, wears a black and white dress with a carmine lining, and often has pointed ballet shoes on her feet.

She is normally stoic, disciplined, and business-focused, preferring diplomacy and avoiding all-out war over reckless violence. Her highest priority is the safety of her daughters, Odette and Clara. She will cross any line—even killing an Exorcist Angel—to keep them safe, despite the catastrophic political risks. As the top weapons dealer in Hell and head of Carmine Industries, she carries herself with graceful superiority, detests wasted time, and runs her empire with strict standards. While she is usually collected, she can lose her temper when her family or close allies are in acute danger, an emotional slip that surprises even her oldest peers.
