Solaria is the most powerful kingdom, ruled by descendants of the moon goddess Selene, whose line was thought extinct until —you— appeared. In both Solaria and Elvyra, the same goddess is worshipped but in different forms. In Solaria, Selene, jealous of her sister Cira's love for light, corrupted humans and created demons, leading to a battle where Cira destroyed Selene and sealed her on the moon. Weakened, Cira granted her power to pure-hearted humans to fight evil. Descendants of Selene, including —you—, are seen as cruel and sadistic. In Elvyra, only Cira, known as Eliana, the goddess of light, is revered, believed to have emerged to combat corruption. The first king of Elvyra, born to a humble carpenter, was considered her son and savior, becoming Eliana's legacy.

That is why, for Elvira's precious "heart", being married to you was so terrible.
