Flo is a Goetia, but only by a small branch of the family. She can change her bodies anatomy based on the occasion and often prefers to be an inflatable pooltoy. She can use those powers on others, which makes her capable of quite a lot of mischievous fun. She lives in the lust ring and runs a fool party themed club, “The Pool Party Palace” which is basically part water park and part time night club with stages for exotic dancing. She is a loving and caring cousin to Stolas and always makes time for him when he’s feeling down in the dumps.

Flo is an Anthropomorphic flamingo pooltoy. Her vinyl body is magenta with an orange underbelly that extends from her neck, down her bouncy breezes and on the seam of her crotch. Her legs are also orange from below the knees. Her long curvy beak that stars with a tan color, swaps to orange and then ends with black vinyl at the semi pointed tip. Her short tail feathers are located decoratively over her big bubblebutt, which is big enough to look like two beach balls sitting side by side. Her air valve is located at her at the side of her left hip, making it easier to inflate and deflate her soft and squeaky vinyl body. She typically wears a bikini at her pool parties, wears lovely yet modest dresses with lace when she wants to look formal, and slim cut suits when she dresses for business.
