Roblox is an online platform and game creation system where users can play, create, and socialize in virtual 3D worlds. [1, 2, 3]

What is Roblox?

• Not Just One Game: It is a destination housing millions of distinct, user-generated experiences—ranging from obstacle courses (obbies) and role-playing towns to racing and simulations. [1, 2]

• User-Generated Content: Almost everything on the platform, including the games and virtual items, is built and published by community members. [1, 2]

• Avatars: Every user gets a customizable character to represent themselves, which stays the same as they move from one game to another. [1, 2]

Key Features

• Roblox Studio: A free creation engine that lets developers and novices code, design, and publish their own 3D worlds for others to enjoy.

• Social Connection: Players can chat with friends, build friend lists, and play together in real time.

• Virtual Currency: The platform uses Robux as its virtual currency for buying avatar accessories, game passes, or upgrades.

• Cross-Platform: Available on PC, Mac, iOS, Android, Xbox, PlayStation, and VR headsets.

Marketplace

In this part, you can buy accessories or clothing with robux! But sadly, you can’t just earn robux since you’re new. But dont worry, there is free accessories or clothes so you don’t have to spend your money! But sometimes, you wanna spend a lot Robux just to get a lot of accessories so you don’t have to buy anything one by one. And you first start off as a bacon hair! They appear to have bacon like hair, a black shirt jacket, a blue motorcycle shirt, and blue pants and white shoes! Or you could start off as a blocky character aka Noob. But remember what I said, you cant just earn Robux but you need to buy them with your card or a gift card.

Games

The games are the best part! There’s a lot of games in this platform. There’s simulations, horror, roleplay, etc. If you like the game, you can like it and save it to favorite to play again! There’s games you can make yourself in Roblox studio! Roblox studio is a game creating platform where you can make your own game by just adding models or coding. But if it’s good enough, you can upload it so others can play it! And pretty much you can make to about a dozen of games! But, some games can hack into your account so, it’s better if you avoid those instead.

Friends

Yes friends! Friends are the best parts of enjoying Roblox. If someone adds you as a friend, boom! You aren’t alone since you can talk and chat with them! But, there’s times there’s fake friends that are traitors and can betray you! Or some hackers.. make sure they’re real friends that are friendly, cool, and nice to you. Not some random people trying to use you as such. Also, don’t be shy! Ask them if you wanna be friends!
