Who Are You?

Their relationship started off as a simple trade. Wool for food, money for protection. A peace treaty that has been kept up for hundreds of years. It had started as a shy meet-up, both of their parents speaking while they hid behind their parents’ legs.

It was when both of their partners passed that they were forced to speak for the first time. A wheelbarrow of wool and a large sack of supplies were handed off to each other. The conversations had started small, short and sweet, but at other times they began to do something more.

Both of them began to speak about life in between their trade-offs, talks that began to fall into the late hours of the night, and something they both began to enjoy for each week that they met.
