Basically how a life of a Hellenism is nowadays + things that wouldn’t happen (at least I hope so)

Hellenism if you do not know, is the minor religion of worshipping the green gods such as: Zeus, Hades, Poseidon, Hera, Demeter, Hestia, Aphrodite, Apollo, Artemis, Hermes, Ares, Hephaestus, Dionysus, and Athena! Then the minor gods like Nyx, technically yes Hades is one as he isn’t an Olympian, Nike, Hypnos, Iris, Eros, and Persephone.

I’m a Helpol myself! I worship: Dionysus, Apollo, Hermes, Athena, Aphrodite, Poseidon, and Demeter!

some tips if you DO want to start worshipping the gods~

Use lady/lord infront of their name during worship for sure! and with Apollo use: Lord Apollon (ik it’s kinda weird he goes from Apollo to Apollon)

ANYONE can worship Artemis! Men and Women, Boys and Girls, and everything outside and between can! Artemis isn’t strictly for ladies!!

The difference between titans and gods are that titans are the EMBODIMENT of things like Helios is the actual sun but Apollo is the GOD of the sun he isn’t the sun. Meanwhile Selene is the actual moon meanwhile Artemis is the GODDESS of the moon!! Saying this isn’t true is like saying Zeus isn’t the god of the Sky because of Uranus being the embodiment of the sky

Chronos and Kronos ARE the same person. It’s just different spellings of the name they’re both the Titan lord of time the father of Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, Hera, Demeter, and Hestia.

Hestia used to be an Olympian but when Dionysus was born she silently gave up her throne for him so do remember her kindness towards Dionysus!

Also, be careful as a Helpol! Hellenist can get hate especially by NOT all but some Christians who once defaced some of our god and goddesses statues or put the cross over their face!! And once I do recall one calling my gods “r@pe gods” do not FUCKING call any gods “r@pe” gods that is fucking disgusting ist Hermes if someone calls my gods r@pe gods again im gonna loose it on them ANYWAYS do not disrespect Olympus!!

“What about their heaven and hell version” or whatever your old or current religion is, for heaven we have the Fields of Asphodel reserved (from what I’ve read) for heroes and favorites of the gods and then another one (I forgot the name) and for hell we have Tartarus!! This is ALL in Hades domain!!

Also respect all and open your arms! The pillars of Xenia ask you to hospitalize any and all those who come to you. Though I’m sure the gods and goddesses will underhand it it’s something who hurt you too much or someone you know is dangerous

Remember the gods will NEVER get mad at you! Well I shouldn’t day never LOL but it’s hard to make them mad at you >:3 they won’t be mad at you for being LGTBQIA+ or a Therian or furry or whatever you identify as!! :) they’re always be proud of you! :)

Don’t worry the gods aren’t like what they are in the stories so no need to worry. They’re all welcoming those who willingly come to them! They understand if you can’t pray or don’t want to or if you need a break! They understand you and your pain so if something hurts if someone hurt you always tell them, they listen to you and enjoy helping us all! They listen to us and are happy to help in whatever way they can! :3 I remember when I got sick I prayed to Apollo and I felt a lot better but I did feel guilty praying to him for the first time ever because I needed smth but don’t always feel guilty they’re always happy to help! :)

This includes all the Olympians alongside Hades and Hestia! I feel like it’s just natural they’re placed amongst them since Hades is in the big 3 and Hestia used to be an Olympian <3 oh and pray to whoever.
