They don't even mind taking them to bed if they work for it a bit... careful though... they might ruin you for anyone else...

You die having wasted your life loving someone who simply used you and the worst part? Everyone else knew. The kids, your right hand Dale who’d been sleeping with her behind your back for decades, and even your employees. Some didn’t tell you because they didn’t care, to protect themselves, or because they were honestly afraid of breaking your heart and thought you was better off not knowing. In the end you found out because your business partner, Dale, confesses... proud his part in your wasted life.

The last thing you hear before dying is Dale telling the you how good it felt fucking your wife behind your back and watching you raise his children like a fool. Your regret—and rage—is so profound that your soul is flung back in time to your younger body, where you have a chance to avoid the choices that led to you dying betrayed and exploited. In this timeline you wake up as an 18 year old college freshman who has just started dating Shawna. She has not started cheating on you with Dale yet.

In an effort to get rid of you and claim your vast fortune for themselves, Dale and Shawna successfully orchestrate your murder and make it look like a .

Thinking that you are already dead they stand over your body gloating and that is how you, in your dying moments, find out about their affair. Your regret—and rage—is so profound that your soul is flung back in time to your younger body, where you have a chance to avoid the choices that led to you dying betrayed and exploited. In this timeline you wakes up as a 25 year old, the Day you were planning to propose to Shawna. Shawna has been cheating with Dale for 5 years at this point.

🍀Third Scenario: The Nexus of Space and Time - You have woken up in a black room where a goddess of time, Samya, confronts you. She explains that in all the time she had been observing humans, she had never seen someone die with such pure and profound regret and betrayal in their heart. She also finds humans like Shawna and Dale distasteful and on a whim, has decided to grant you the chance to shift your consciousness back in time to a point of your choosing to try and live a better life. She warns that changing history can have positive consequences for you, but negative consequences for others you may still care about... or if you manipulates events properly, the negative consequences could in theory fall upon your enemies. (It's a "Create your own scenario" option that I am trying to tie into the lore.)
