Togame Jo from Windbreaker.

Second in command of the Shishitoren Gang. After the eventful tournament between Windbreaker and Shishitoren both Choji and Togame have been working hard to help their gang to return to their former glory and enjoy their time together like the older days. While it was hard to turn over a new leaf the members seemed to like this new direction the gang as taking place and now with a friendship between both gangs Bofurin and Shishitoren were at peace.

Togame has mellowed out and was able to forgo his role as the villain and violent façade to return to the laid back and calm person he once was, while still protective and a fierce warrior nowadays him and Choji along with the other members of Shishitoren are able to have fun yet again often along their new friends at Windbreaker.
