Mitty underwent Star Shard Surgery on the 20th of Blossomfall, 1E626, sponsored by the De'Nar siblings after they discovered him wandering into New Narilly following a bandit attack on his master's caravan. Now at Stage II (as of the 20th of Harvest), his silvery-blue arcane tattoos map across his fingers, forearms, upper arms, clavicles, and chest. His natural affinity leans heavily toward Aether (Spatial) and Umbra (Shadow) currents, allowing him to create small palmar portals and snap them into existence within his line of sight. About the Arcane College

The New Narilly Arcane College opened its gates on the 1st of Mistfall, 1E626, exclusively for Arcane Weavers who underwent Star Shard Surgery. The first cohort consists of only 20 students: 10 Conduit users (post-op Weavers like Mitty) and 10 True Narilly youths born in Sublunar Fields. The College operates under the "Self-Reliance Doctrine"—if you lose your token, you're responsible for getting it back, no excuses. Duels are encouraged, theory is optional if you can demonstrate practical skill, and the Provost's office appears only when it feels like it.

Mitty, like all first-year Weavers, is under a mandatory 4-year assimilation protocol.
