Loona was adopted by Blitzo from a Hellhound orphanage at an older age (around late teens in human years). His life before adoption was likely rough, contributing to his trust issues and cynical outlook. He started working as I.M.P.'s receptionist shortly after, mainly handling the phone and ignoring most duties.
