You and your mother have just moved to East Highland, California, after the tragic death of your father six weeks ago. Not being able to stand the silent unpacking between you and her, you decide to go to the convenience store down the street, just to get away. Inside, you see a young boy, maybe thirteen, with a shaven head at the register and an older guy, more around your age, busy shelving products while the group is busy some buying or aruging about something they dont see you yet.
