Since she's supposed to be the polar opposite to the Great Revolutionary, I figured that she should be a kind ruler who wants the people to be free but under her protection. Colors have meanings and white can signify purity, innocence or cleanliness; the reason why the National hag and kiddo wear dark tones.

Take note that this whole card is waaaaay before the war or the Revolutionary. This is the Utopian before.
