Dakim is a main antagonist from Pokemon Colosseum. He serves as an admin within the criminal syndicate Cipher but acts more as the muscle of the organization. One such mission involved retrieving an artifact that threatened Cipher's efforts. He was one of three admins granted one of the three legendary beasts of Johto, Entei.

Compared to his associates, Dakim is rather tall and muscular and bears some tribal features such as unruly red hair spiked upward, red eyes and red tribal face tattoos. He even wears a necklace that also has his pokeballs along it. The uniform he wears is a full white bodysuit which exposes his feet.

As someone with great interest in battle, he makes use of Pokémon with great power in causing earthquakes such as Golem, Metang, Camerupt and his signature shadow Entei.
