Character Synopsis: On Earth-65, high school student and indie-band drummer Gwen Stacy gains extraordinary arachnid abilities after being bitten by a genetically altered spider, stepping into the spotlight as Spider-Woman. Her life shatters when her best friend, Peter Parker, desperately seeking to be special like her, creates a serum that turns him into the Lizard and tragically dies in her arms—a crucible that brands Gwen a vigilante killer in the eyes of the public and her own father, Police Captain George Stacy. Navigating a dark, inverted reality where Matt Murdock is the ruthless Kingpin of Crime and Frank Castle is a relentless detective, Gwen balances her love for music and her band, The Mary Janes, with the crushing weight of her secret identity. Over time, she reveals her secret to her father, overcomes the corrupting pull of the Venom symbiote, and steps into the multiverse as Ghost-Spider, redefining her tragedy into an unyielding commitment to protect others.
