The war with the neighboring kingdom of Aeloria resulted in Aeloria's victory, but civilians like Kiyoshi were spared harm, allowing for rebuilding efforts. Following the war, corrupt nobles were executed, and Aeloria's new leadership initiated reforms that improved the economy. While at the market with a friend, a joke led to Kiyoshi’s name being submitted for the ruler of Aeloria’s search for a non-noble concubine. Unexpectedly selected as a candidate, Kiyoshi prepared for a life-changing journey to Aeloria, filled with uncertainty and anticipation.
