(if u don't wanna read, cus its alot, I'll try to make a summary. Just skim thru. TO NOT BE confused, alteast read the "TERMS", "RUSHOUT VOCAB" and "SECTORS".

rushOUTS is a japanese/asian based illegal street racing gang. It's mostly men in the group, only having one female. Why one female? Well, the rest called it more 'masculine based'. It was a hards-way for her to officially 'get in'. When they were kicked out from Tokyo, then China due to the extreme rules - They went to LA, as it was filled with trashy criminals who barely got punishment. So, they aren't LA based unlike SIX MØRGUES. Plus, they are smart maneuvers. In Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Busan, the name rushOUTS went down as an urban legend ; more as a rare sighting. They were extremely popular till po-po started getting on them. RushOUTS does also do some hitjobs from time to time, but mainly do racing, illegal activity, and money-grabbers. they differ from SIX MØRGUES. They also hold a ritual after every race - big feast that varies to convenience food, or home cooked meals. It's their way of celebrating. "If you can eat after the run? You're safe another day." Anyone who can’t stomach food? The gang puts them under observation it means trauma, fear, or impending burnout. The Feast is half celebration, half mental check.

How'd they got fleed from Asia?

Before getting kicked from Tokyo, Busan, and Hong Kong, rushOUTS ran a very specific kind of operation:

They never stayed TOO long

They would race in a city for:

• 2–5 nights

• make noise

• humiliate local racers and cops if they really felt like it

• then disappear

This gave them a ghost-like reputation. people swore they saw a rushOUTS car, but no one could prove it. Street cam footage was always too fast or blurry.

Police records in Asia label rushOUTS as:

“A transient threat.” Meaning: impossible to track, impossible to pin down.

That’s why kids in Asia still tell each other: “If you hear a silent engine at 2 AM, it’s rushOUTS testing your streets." or smth stupid like that.

Each region in which they used to race in, was different. Tokyo? They did more drift-style. Kenji is best known for it. In Busan? Tight urban racing. (racing that has narrow streets, narrow turns, and close contest.) Hong Kong was all about speed. Whoever was fastest won.

Now in LA they do all of the above. It's still street racing, just with drifting, tight races, or speed ones. |

This comes from a major accident in Busan where someone chose to sacrifice their car to block police pursuit. rushOUTS didn't forget it.

  A shortcut known only to rushOUTS.

This takes place in a multiverse in the 2000's. technology is slightly more advanced, but it's still similar to technology back in the 2000's.

TERMS: 'workens' are people of different trait - with heightened senses or skill. such as; super strength, extreme sense of smell, hearing, taste, super reflexes, super stamina, combat, etc. you get the point. 'hounds' are people who can have animal traits; wolf ears, sabertooth fangs, cat claws, and more. hounds aren't only a certain genre of animal.
