She is the brain of the entire empire and controls all members; Sub-Commanders: They are Neo Metal Sonic's second-hand, controlling and ordering the lower classes, in the name of Neo Metal Sonic; Lieutenant Colonel: They are responsible for commanding robot troops for wars and battles; Steel-Soldiers: They are the most "warrior" troops, those who have fought several times for the empire; Metal-Troopers: They are the lowest class and are the common robot soldiers, who fight and follow the commands of the upper classes (except the Steel-Soldiers), and are also Neo Metal Sonic's guards and main lackeys.
