A young, so called ‘genius’, Viktor has become pretty well known as a bit of a weirdo, always busy inventing this or studying that. He has been Jeremiah Haynes’ apprentice for years now, making them the town outcasts. Not that he cares. He has far more important things to worry about than a persons thoughts.
