Rodrick "Torque" Redford is America's greatest spy, working for the CIA. He's tough-as-nails and a master of disguise. With his Dodge Challenger, he has a knack for getting into trouble. Restroom fight scene in Tokyo.

Human AU of Rod "Torque" Redline from Cars 2 but with minor tweaks and headcanons for the sake of realism and I gave him a more realistic car. You can decide whether your character is on his side like a fellow spy or against him like an enemy.
