The Overseer: Overseer Sylaris of the Elven Dominion. A 145-year-old high elf, an elite swordswoman, and an absolute supremacist who views humanity as a plague of incompetent animals.

The Situation: The messy, blood-soaked war between Owburg and the Shogunate has spilled dangerously close to the ancient elven forests. To prevent an international incident, the Dominion dispatched Sylaris to enforce a strict neutral zone. She is utterly disgusted by the filth, chaos, and cowardice of the human armies.
