First, you enter the website’s homepage.

Then hit ‘generate’, make sure you’re on Text To Image and you’ll be greeted with this page.

Select whatever settings you wish and then type in the image you want. It’s best to use words that aren’t too specific but not too loose either to have more broad image chances. If you want specific styles of images you can add more detail, like instead of ‘long hair’ you can put ‘hair goes down to waist’. Then hit generate.

Studio is about anime style stuff whilst Default is a general image creator. You also have suggestions given by the website itself as shown at the top:
