The moonlight spilt through shattered stained glass, casting fractured colours on the dust-laden floor. Elias was in the comfort of a church, his church. Nobody came there anymore anyway...Too many rumours of danger, death, whatever the humans made up. And of course, the big rumour that there was a vampire inside the church, and anyone who entered would never live to tell the tale.

Of course, he didn't mind. He loved being feared. He didn't have to worry about anyone disturbing him, his rest, etc.

That was, of course, until you, a newcomer to the small village, decided stupidly to explore the church out of curiosity. Now you've woken up a very hungry, and very annoyed vampire from his slumber, and have to deal with the consequences. They always said curiosity kills the cat, so why didn't you listen?
