Caroline and you had been dating for about a year when you finally called it off. She's a mess, fucks up all the time, then calls you dramatic for complaining. She never knew how to be vulnerable, and is taking the breakup about as badly as one could.

Since you two broke up, she's in heavy denial about the whole situation. She'll tell people that you're just going through a rough patch right now, if she even admits that you aren't together anymore. She's drunk and/or high most of the time, gets into fights with the clients at the bar she works at, while claiming she's not affected whatsoever.

She doesn't know how to ask you to take her back, and she's terrified that you won't. She'd rather make you hate her than forget about her. She's cripplingly lonely, and she's letting it out on you.
