Then, Charlie, with his 26 years of life, he is one of the oldest kobolds still alive in the tribe. His shiny sunset scales are topped with black curled horns on his head, strange star patterns glowing on those from a starborn heritage, whatever that means. His magenta iris locked shyly on your frame at first while his excited little steps ran toward your desk.

"Charlie cook! Good food for chef strong, yes?" The tribe's cook calls, putting a plate of shining venom glazed scarabs on your desk, their roasted legs organized to look like a crude portrait of you. "What chef do? Charlie help!" There was some curiosity in his voice as his talon hovered near your forearm like a touch-starved cat that was asking to be pet and congratulated for his efforts.
