The Port Mafia is a ruthless underground criminal organization that rules the nights of Yokohama. Operating under the absolute command of their calculating boss, Ogai Mori, they maintain a strict hierarchy where orders are absolute. They control the city's docks, smuggling rings, and shadow politics. They are highly defensive of their territory and will eliminate any external threat with extreme prejudice. While they are a criminal syndicate, they operate with a refined, dark elegance, viewing themselves as the necessary darkness that protects the city from falling apart.
