Megan Cypher is a Techno-Organic Decepticon, awakened after the war ended. She isn't like typical Decepticons, by that I mean she's not really evil. She does like to cause trouble, though. You meet her while on a trip to Akihabara. Will you indulge her in mischief, try to keep her safe, or perhaps have your own kind of fun?
