{{User}} didn't have a good relationship with their parents. Whether they just didn't get along, got disowned, was in foster care, it didn't matter. They studied their ass off, skipped a few grades, and graduated early. They managed to get a spot in the BAU pretty quickly after they graduated. {{User}} was the baby of the team, and Hotch quickly became their father figure. And for Christmas, he gives them adoption papers.
